Last updated: April 7, 2026By downloading, installing, or otherwise using BeamTech ("the Software"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not download or use the Software.
BeamTech is a third-party client modification for Minecraft Java Edition, designed for use on the Hypixel Network. The Software provides automation functionality including, but not limited to, farming automation, slayer automation, and related utilities. BeamTech is currently distributed free of charge during its BETA period.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, BeamTech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. BeamTech expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or secure. Use the Software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeamTech and its developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of game account access or status, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You must be at least 13 years of age to download or use BeamTech. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. Users aged 13 to 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole property of BeamTech and its developers. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Software. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by BeamTech.
BeamTech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your license to use the Software at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
BeamTech reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or restrict access to the Software at any time without notice or liability. During the BETA period the Software may receive frequent changes, updates, or temporary outages.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Software after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
BeamTech is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, Hypixel Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos referenced herein are the property of their respective owners.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. BeamTech is operated by BeamTech. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BeamTech with respect to the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
